Accountant job description

We are looking for an accountant to handle all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.

Accountants’ responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements, and calculating tax payments and returns. To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience with accounting and the ability to detect numerical errors.

Ultimately, it will provide accurate quantitative information about the financial position, liquidity, and cash flow of our business while ensuring that we comply with all tax regulations.

Responsibility

• Manage all accounting transactions.
• Create a budget estimate.
• Publish accounts on time.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Reconciliation of accounts payable and receivables
• Guarantees timely bank payment
• Calculate taxes and prepare tax returns.
• Check the balance and income statement.
• Financial health and liquidity map report for the company
• Audit of transactions and financial documents
• Enforce the confidentiality of financial data and perform database backups when necessary.
• Comply with financial guidelines and regulations.

Requirements and skills

• Minangka accountant work experience
• Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and procedures, including generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
