• Maintain excellent customer service and checkout space.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

• Provides excellent customer service and interacts positively with all customers.
• Maintains a neat and organized checkout area
• Greets all customers and displays a cordial demeanor.
• Scan or enter product information accurately.
• Accurate Cash and Vouchers, Lottery, and PC-Optimized Account
• It asks for the customer’s PC Optimum card for each transaction.

PRAYER:

• Ensures correct documentation in connection with customer reception and return of goods
• Sells and maintains certain areas (e.g., face, signing, labeling, etc.).

LOSS WARNING:

• Ensure compliance with loss prevention standards.
• Manages currency, lottery, and stamp inventory

General:

• Presents an appropriate image to the public in accordance with the uniform policy and dress code guidelines.
• It complies with all health and safety regulations.
• Adheres to all store rules and procedures
• Ensures maintenance and image standards are maintained.
• Perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Planning, assessment, and decision-making
• Balanced teamwork and efficiency in processing customer orders
• Organization and order
• Efficient processing of customer orders

EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent computer and record-keeping skills
• Well organized with the ability to keep records.
• Detail oriented

Scope of employment/employment salary:

$17.50 – $20.00 / $17.50 – $20.00 (on Saturday)
