The Baker employee is responsible for performing the entire duties of the position in a professional, responsible, accurate, and timely manner. The clerk will provide exceptional customer service, cultivate customer loyalty, meet customer needs, and actively contribute to an environment where employees and customers are engaged.

Job description

• Comply with all food safety protocols, standard operating procedures, health and safety, company policies, and other programs and initiatives.
• Provide customer service to meet customer needs.
• Keep the work area clean and presentable.
• Process customer bakery orders.
• Implementation of programs and product merchandising
• Handle and prepare baked goods.
• Increase sales in the store by actively promoting products.
• Participate in the training of junior staff.
• Order and receive supplies in accordance with company inventory control procedures as needed.
• The process department is reducing
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company requirements.
• Other tasks, as required
