Duties and responsibilities:

• Place the material in the vehicle and apply straps or padding to prevent movement or damage during transport.
• Follow company shipping routes to ensure maximum delivery efficiency.
• Manually load or unload materials onto or from pallets, sleds, platforms, or lifting equipment.
• Check all documents related to the shipment to ensure that they are complete and accurate.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while promoting good working relationships with all customers.

Qualifications:

• It is necessary to have a valid driving license in category 5/G with three years’ driving experience.
• A driving record with no major offenses, which must be approved by the FGI insurance company
• A high school diploma (or GED or high school equivalency certificate) is required.
• Fixed subjects give experience and/or knowledge as an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills: dedicated to exceeding the expectations of internal and external customers
• Strong written and verbal skills: ability to write and communicate concisely with clients and colleagues
• Basic Microsoft Office Suite expertise (email, word, excel) and ability to learn internal systems
