Requirements:

• With some hands-on work experience (no professional experience required), you’ll be trained in lawn care and painting and staining projects and be a pro in no time!
• Owning a car or reliable transport is required.

• Coachable

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall completion of the project. Start to finish with a high standard of quality and on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized site and project.
• Delivering quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners, crew chiefs, and business owners

Pass out flyers and do door-to-door business in the workplace.

Compensation: 

• $15-$22/hr, depending on experience and responsibility
