General Labourer

Job Description

Our client, a food company, is looking for a warehouse assistant to join their team. As a key employee, you will become part of the production team. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, previous warehouse experience, and must have their own car as the location is not accessible by transport. 

What is work?

• Sort the product in the compiler.
• Stack the bags on the trays, place the trays on the roller track resting at ground level, and lift the tray weighing approx. 7 kg  above shoulder height to make a stack 13 or 14 tall, depending on shipping needs.
• Receive the received shipments and check the quality and quantity of the products.
• Push the stack on the rollers and open the drawers when the drawer supply drops.
• Before shipping, check the products for damage or defects.
• Must be able to lift 50-kilo bags as needed.

What does it take?

• Previous experience working in a warehouse.
• Must have private transportation; the location is not accessible for transportation.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Comply with all applicable legal requirements and company policies.
