Key Responsibility

  • Meets, greets, and assists guests; answers questions; and offers solutions to any problems.
  • Provides information on current and upcoming events and campaigns.
  • Explain and enroll customers in the loyalty rewards program.
  • Assist in the execution of on-site events, promotions, and entertainment.

What do you want to bring?

  • At least one year of experience in a related field
  • Demonstrated a high level of customer service.
  • Organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Average knowledge of computer programs and mathematical skills
  • Possibility of obtaining registration with a provincial gambling authority
  • Friendly, personable energy and willingness to go the extra mile for guests.
  • Excellent communicator who is comfortable talking to guests about events and promotions.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • I am patient and positive towards everyone you meet.
