Tasks

Clean and disinfect items such as dish mats, carts, and waste equipment. Tables, trays, and chairs are clean and tidy. Place the plates in the storage area. Clean and wash dishes and other items by hand. Clean and disinfect the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, utensils, and equipment. Received, unloaded, and stored materials in refrigerators, freezers, cabinets, and other storage areas. Remove rubbish and kitchen waste. Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.
