What are you going to do?

  • Learn and grow as an important part of a team that takes care of Reliance and its customers.
  • Responsible for organizing and assisting with the inventory of HVAC equipment and materials, including loading and unloading equipment and scanning and entering serial equipment into the system.
  • Installation of HVAC equipment and materials prior to installations.
  • Document and report inventory quantities to ensure no work stoppages occur due to insufficient equipment inventory.
  • Make deliveries as required by the installation teams.
  • Loading and unloading workstations if necessary.
  • Assist installation personnel with daily truck inspections and ensure regularly scheduled truck maintenance is performed.
  • Work closely with the Installation, Sales, and Workforce Planning departments to ensure the smooth and accurate flow of installation information, model and serial numbers, and any other documentation required for accurate customer history files. 
  • Boiler repair and removal of newer components on scrap heaters.
  • Perform the assigned tasks.

What are you wearing?

  • Excellent oral and written skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Computer skills include scanning, emailing, and data collection.
  • Ability to take charge and work with a minimum amount of supervision.
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 kg. (and bigger with help).
  • Must be in possession of a valid driving license.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Must be able to work in all assigned areas.
  • A forklift certificate or experience is an advantage.
