Job description

The Warehouse Associate position is a fast-paced, physically intensive work role in a warehouse environment that involves ordering and storing packages and loading and unloading onto and off UPS package delivery vehicles and trailers.

• Job type: part-time or permanent
• Work location: 113-115 Cushman Rd., St. Catharina, op
• Working days: Monday to Friday

Shift duration: 3-5 hours per day* (Flexibility is required with start and end times, and you must be able to work a maximum of 25 hours per week.)

Shift: Monday to Friday, between 3:00 AM and 10:00 AM

Responsibilities and Duties

• Loading and unloading packages and package delivery cars and trailers
• Learn the company’s package management practices and execute them well.
• Order and save packages based on zip codes.
  

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 70 kg. (35 kg)
• Full availability to work Monday through Friday (all five days of the week)
• Ability to read and remember zip codes
• Work comfortably in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Work comfortably in trucks and parcel delivery vehicles.
• Warehouse experience is considered a plus.

• $17.30/hour and automatic advancement under the Union Collective Agreement.
