As a supervisor, you will enjoy the opportunity to work in partnership with the store manager to develop exceptional employees, provide exceptional and consistent customer experiences, and make a positive impact across Bath & Body Works.

Responsibility

  • Responsible for management duties as assigned by the store manager.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to managers on individual and team performance.
  • Coach, train, reward, and motivate employees to improve sales and the customer experience.
  • Enforce sales expectations, performance, results, and accountability with all associates.
  • Lead and model sales and customer experience standards.
  • Set direction and goals for the day or shift when employees come to work.
  • Build a more satisfied and loyal customer base by engaging, converting, and capturing customer phone and email information.
  • Handle opening and closing routines, including executing bank deposits, shipping receipts, and interpreting and communicating company directives.
  • Acts as a service manager when assigned to support customer service, work with vendors, or resolve maintenance issues.
  • Partner with members of the sales leadership team to support action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
  • Maintain policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of delivering sales results
  • Ability to communicate effectively and promote a customer-centric sales culture
  • Ability to provide effective on-site coaching to employees
  • Available to vary weekly hours, including weekends, closures, and peak periods
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail environment
