GENERAL FUNCTION

Our retail partners are vital to Sunglass Hut’s success. You will provide all customers with an authentic, fun, and energetic experience by helping them find premium eyewear.

MAIN TASKS

• Consistently meet sales plans and company goals by developing relationships with new and existing customers and building brand loyalty.
• Confidently delivering an exceptional customer experience through relationships, attention to detail, and offering a personalized and unique shopping experience that leads to customer satisfaction.
• Actively participates in and contributes to a positive store environment by creating strong professional relationships with colleagues and management.
• Takes pride in store appearance and takes initiative to keep displays and fixtures clean, attractive, and organized. He keeps all the assets of the company under his control.
• Helps foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED
• Embrace new technologies and transform with high precision.
• Self-responsibility for sales results through the use of sales skills and the drive to achieve goals.
• strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to multitask; the ability to respond flexibly to rapidly changing conditions
